Job Title

A regulatory professional is sought to manage and coordinate examinations, oversee regulatory issues and action plans, and produce insightful reporting and metrics. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic global team that oversees supervisory activities of regulators across regions.

This position involves managing examination logistics, including info requests, deck preparation, and response review. The ideal candidate will also oversee regulatory issues and action plans in tracking systems, producing reports for committees, governance groups, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examination Management: Manage examination logistics, including logging info requests, preparing examination decks, and reviewing responses.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.
  • Training and Guidance: Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.
  • Technology Initiatives: Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain trackers, update procedures, and support continuous improvement in oversight standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
