We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality data processing scripts using Python (Pandas, SQLAlchemy) and orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement ETL/ELT processes.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity through validation frameworks and custom logic.
  • Work with data warehouses such as PostgreSQL, Redshift, or BigQuery to design and optimize data models and materialized views.
  • Implement automation for recurring data tasks, error logging, and alerts.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Python programming.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with Docker and virtual environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to contribute to data documentation and codebase.
