Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Desktop Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals in a timely manner.
  • Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • System Provisioning: Assist with system provisioning via Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions using Active Directory.
  • Network Performance: Monitor and maintain network performance at the location.
  • IT Support: Respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Documentation: Document technical issues, solutions, and IT processes accurately.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Abilities: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
