About the Team
The Monetization team is the backbone of our content streaming business, building the foundation that supports our users' experience and core business model. This team is committed to excellence and continuous growth, with a strong focus on impact creation through great insights and user-centricity.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Group Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Group Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product experience and monetization strategy. You will drive product-led pillars, such as subscription, loyalty, pricing, and offers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap to deliver a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs.
- Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and develop product managers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines.
- Influence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including integrating generative AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of product management experience in established tech software or enterprise companies, creating internal or platform products for delivering operational excellence.
- 3+ years of experience in core product management (B2C product experience strongly preferred).
- Past experience of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering impact on complex initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills based on 'first principles' and structured thinking.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for designing and delivering innovative and scalable platform solutions.
- High bias for action or high agency mindset to drive impact consistently.
- Ability to lead multiple products and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
