Job Title: Regional Retail Operations Manager

 

Job Purpose: To be responsible for the marketing of retail outlets to ensure high footfalls and repeat business, thereby achieving sales numbers.

 

Job Context: The company has been expanding its retail network and currently operates a number of retail outlets. However, most of these stores are franchisee-owned and operated.

 

Major Challenges: Ensuring a seamless consumer experience requires well-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and close working with franchisees. The product is still a niche category, making it challenging to get new customers into the store.

 

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  1. Retail Business Delivery - Sales Target Achievement Ensure achievement of net sales targets.
  2. Loyalty Program Management Manage loyalty programs to ensure all KPIs are met and improved. Handle the customer relationship management agency, formulate and execute store-wise offers and tactical campaigns, integrate multimedia like WhatsApp and digital for better reach to the loyalty base, and optimize processes using data analytics, reporting, and action-based analysis.
  3. EBO Marketing Support Plan store-wise execution of seasonal campaigns, conduct hyperlocal targeted activations, offer below-the-line support to EBOs, handle activities like in-store radio, music selection, promos, monitoring, monitor EBO digital presence through Facebook, Instagram, Google Local, manage vendors, and activities like vendor registration, purchase orders, and bill submissions, and manage the gift card program.
  4. New Store Opening Activations Handle budget planning, media planning, buying, BTL activities, and execution. Ensure effective launch activation, event, and PR management for certain store types.
  5. Analytics Handle monthly retail sales manager dashboards and discussions, conduct monthly reviews, and quarterly discussions with franchisees.
  6. Apparel Business Support Handle catalogues and collection photoshoots, execute tradeshows, and offer modern trade support - department store activations.
