Job Title: Property Manager

Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible to apply for this role. The compensation package includes a CTC of 3.5 LPA plus monthly incentives.

The key responsibilities of this position involve:

  1. Leading and motivating a team that manages various aspects of the hostel services, including housekeeping, food, maintenance, Wi-Fi, laundry, and other services.
  2. Maintaining high team discipline and ensuring flawless record-keeping.
  3. Achieving and upholding a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ across all services.
  4. Ensuring strict compliance with processes and continuously seeking operational improvements.
  5. Developing and training the team for growth and professionalism.
  6. Handling daily operation escalations effectively.
  7. This role involves a 50% sales and 50% operations split.
