Job Title: Senior Manager - Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven digital marketing professional to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts, with proven expertise in managing significant monthly ad spends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms.
  • Manage budgets effectively with a focus on ROI & performance improvement.
  • Analyze data to drive decision making & continuous optimization.
  • Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry innovations, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Expertise in handling complex Google Ads types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
