Global Brand Lead Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our global brand operations and drive consistency across all touchpoints. As Global Brand Lead, you will be responsible for crafting and maintaining a distinctive brand tone of voice, ensuring that all internal and external content aligns with our premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and maintain a distinctive brand tone of voice across all internal and external content.
  • Translate business objectives into clear and compelling brand narratives that resonate with architects, designers, partners, and customers in global markets.
  • E nsure all marketing material, dealer branding, showroom kits, and collaterals are aligned to global brand guidelines.
  • Conduct QC checks and audits to maintain premium presentation at partner locations.
BTL Marketing Execution
  • Plan and coordinate trade marketing activities like architect meets, launch events, dealer promotions, and sampling campaigns.
  • Oversee production and logistics of sample kits, brochures, display stands, catalogues, and gallery kits.
  • Lead project execution across marketing services - manage deployment trackers, timelines, budgets, and vendor SLAs.
Marketing Services Project Management
  • Own execution timelines, vendor SLAs, deployment trackers, and budget compliance across campaigns.
  • Compliance, Certifications & Global Coordination - Handle certifications (NSF, CE, ISO, Kosher), trademarks, and IP for luxury surfaces brand.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused, collaborative, process-driven individual with a global mindset and customer focus. The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in marketing, brand execution, global events, and operations, with skills in project management, cross-team collaboration, digital fluency, and vendor handling.
