Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Procurement and Vendor development viz as regional/ global management. Ability to manage full spectrum of purchasing process including supplier selection and management, price negotiation, purchase order execution, timely delivery, stock optimization, sourcing equipment, Goods & services etc

Key Responsibilities: -

● Manage and Mentor the procurement buyers, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives

● Work with senior Management to develop procurement strategies that align company objectives in terms of cost reduction, supply base management, quality and delivery time, able to prioritize as per organization needs

● Research and Identify, develop potential suppliers and evaluate then based on quality, price and delivery time. Partner with reliable vendors, work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments

● Able to Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best competitive prices and delivery terms

● Manage the procurement budgets to ensure that purchases are made within budgetary constraints

● Able to monitor and maintain the stock levels of raw materials to ensure that there no stock outs or excess inventory. Keep a constant checks on stock levels and inventory management

● Measuring, tracking & reporting supplier performance to ensure they meet delivery and quality standards, and take corrective actions if any

● Able to Keep upto date with market trends , industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure the company's procurement practices are inline with industry best practices

  • Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
  • Produce reports and statistics on spending and saving

● Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power

● Industry knowledge of Manufacturing or Home textiles or White goods appliances - Hands on experience in SAP, Had worked with excel and Data Management(preferred)

● Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills - Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools

● Ability to lead and motivate the team towards the key metrics like On time in full delivery, YOY Cost saving, Inventory management, Digitalization and Supplier compliance

● Sustain Compliance audit on Procurement process to determine the completeness, efficacy as well as the accuracy of the purchasing products, materials, and services for their organization
