About the Role:
The Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with customers through phone or electronic means to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses by issuing stock transfer invoices.
- Collaborate with the AR team to update order status and follow up on pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records and documents, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and handle complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in customer service and sales support preferred.
- SAP knowledge and exposure to Order-to-Cash business processes are advantages.
Bonus Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer orders to ensure timely deliveries and production progress.
- Process sales return credit notes, general credit notes, price difference credit notes, and general debit notes as per SOP policy.
- Generate accurate sales invoices for dispatches, credits, and debit notes.
