We are seeking a Technical Writer to create high-quality content that helps our global clients learn to use our platform and achieve their marketing and efficiency objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and building help center and training material, as well as other content
  • Owning the quality of documentation and ensuring ease of understanding of the content
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging content models and leveraging AI to create a more efficient and effective content generation process

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize workloads effectively.

Requirements

You must be able to research, write, and create content on various technical topics with clarity of audience, adding/editing images and videos to increase user understanding of the content. You should also be comfortable working with digital tools such as Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel sheets.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • A degree in Mass Communication/Visual Communications or English Literature is required
  • 0-2 years of experience in technical writing for B2B products is preferred
