  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and maintain high-quality software documentation, including user guides, release notes, and onboarding training content.
  • Collaborate with software architects, engineers, developers, QA, and consultant teams to gather technical information and translate it into clear, accurate documentation.
  • Adhere to internal documentation guidelines and processes.
  • Organize and structure content with focus on clarity and readability.
  • Help identify content gaps to enhance the overall quality of documentation.
  • Participate in peer reviews and incorporate feedback from external reviewers diligently.
  • Support software development workflow by participating in retrospective meetings and providing ad-hoc feedback to developers.
  • Evaluate tools or processes to contribute to the company's progress.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree / BE/B-Tech or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in writing technical documents.
  • Strong interest in technology and the software development lifecycle.
  • Able to comprehend complex technical concepts and ask insightful questions to clarify them.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team spirit, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of documentation tools like Paligo, Snagit is desired.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
