Job Title: Kubernetes Administrator

Nomiso is a product and services engineering company that empowers customers with simple solutions to complex business problems.

We are seeking hands-on frontend developers to build a workflow automation system, simplifying current manual work in Openshift environments. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in administrating Kubernetes or Openshift environments, with a strong understanding of containerization technologies.

The selected individual will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Openshift environments, ensuring high availability and reliability, monitoring and optimizing cluster performance, and implementing security best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Openshift environments
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of the Openshift platform
  • Monitor and optimize cluster performance
  • Harness the power of ODF (Ceph storage)
  • Implement security best practices within the cluster
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Openshift environment
  • Collaborate with development teams for seamless application deployment
  • Document procedures and provide training to team members
  • Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in administrating Kubernetes or Openshift environments.
  • Harnessing the power of ODF (Ceph storage)
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
  • Knowledge of networking and security within containerized environments
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
