Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our organization.

This role is instrumental in ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and security of our platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to define testing strategies, build automated test suites, and uphold quality standards across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for backend services, workflow engines, and integration layers to ensure industry regulations are met.
  • Create automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct manual testing for complex workflows and edge cases where automation is insufficient.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably in fintech or private markets.
  • Strong expertise with automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration tools.
  • Experience testing systems with AI/ML components or agentic workflows is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with test automation tools.
  • Prior experience in financial institutions or fintech startups is a plus.
