Managerial Support Role

This is a high-impact managerial and support role responsible for overseeing Subject Expert panels and collaborating with other administrators to meet project requirements.

  • Develop, structure, and design quality questions for assessments that meet stringent standards.
  • Manage Question Banks, track inventory levels, and maintain optimal item availability in assigned domains/subjects.
  • Define selection criteria and strategy for SMEs, monitor their performance, and develop SME pools in various domains/subjects.
  • Coordinate with SMEs for test development activities, create test designs in subjects of expertise, and finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Support Lead Administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs.
Key Qualifications
  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of education systems in India and familiarity with NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment & evaluation, test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Excellent command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
