Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an expert in corporate finance
  • Independently handle complex problem statements
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and synthesize summaries
  • Hold a sound financial lens and analytical foundation
  • Present and report accurate financial information to leadership
  • Drive productivity initiatives and simplification projects
  • Build scenarios and financial models for decision-making
  • Understand and translate operational metrics into financial impact

Primary Skills:

  • Own periodic financial reporting, forecasting, and insights
  • Financial modeling using Excel or related tools
  • Track and drive analytical projects for the organization
  • Develop long-term and short-term plan strategies and build driver-based budgeting processes
  • Proactively flag potential risks to spend and propose solutions
  • Track and measure business outcomes from organizational deliverables
  • Design, maintain, and develop new metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards
  • Automate processes to make reporting easier and focus on analysis
  • Develop business cases for technology investments
  • Track, analyze, and report business impact of organizational products

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong understanding of finance concepts
  • 3+ years experience working as part of a cross-functional team
  • 3+ years experience analyzing data to detect trends and make recommendations
