Job Description

We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for new clients, welcoming them via video consultations and guiding them toward the most suitable next step in their journey.

This is a consultative, client-facing position where your focus is on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and ensuring clients feel supported and understood.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting 1:1 video consultations with new clients
  • Actively listening to clients' challenges and health goals
  • Educating clients about our holistic health process in simple terms
  • Providing empathetic guidance on the next steps
  • Maintaining accurate notes and records of all consultations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • Empathetic, confident, and good listener
  • Well-groomed, confident, and presentable for client-facing video calls
