Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality clients through strategic networking, market intelligence, and referrals from existing clients. Your primary goal will be to generate cross-sell revenue through effective financial planning and promoting our focus product of the month.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Acquire new clients through targeted marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement effective financial planning strategies to increase revenue.
- Promote our focus product to existing clients and new prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of business interactions on our internal software.
- Induct new clients into our Central Dealing Desk for seamless interaction and services.
- Liaise with the Central Dealing Desk to ensure revenue growth and query resolution.
- Conduct activities to drive client acquisition and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain a positive brand image for our organization.
In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:
- Market Intelligence: Identify potential threats and opportunities to inform business decisions.
- Maintain a congenial work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity.
- Ensure the brand image of our organization is consistently maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree.
- 1-5 years of work experience in a related field.
