Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality clients through strategic networking, market intelligence, and referrals from existing clients. Your primary goal will be to generate cross-sell revenue through effective financial planning and promoting our focus product of the month.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Acquire new clients through targeted marketing efforts.
  2. Develop and implement effective financial planning strategies to increase revenue.
  3. Promote our focus product to existing clients and new prospects.
  4. Maintain accurate records of business interactions on our internal software.
  5. Induct new clients into our Central Dealing Desk for seamless interaction and services.
  6. Liaise with the Central Dealing Desk to ensure revenue growth and query resolution.
  7. Conduct activities to drive client acquisition and financial planning.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
  9. Maintain a positive brand image for our organization.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

  1. Market Intelligence: Identify potential threats and opportunities to inform business decisions.
  2. Maintain a congenial work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity.
  3. Ensure the brand image of our organization is consistently maintained.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree.
  • 1-5 years of work experience in a related field.
