Job Overview

This is a Case Analysis Intern position that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations. The role involves supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities, conducting background verification checks for clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the operations team in case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Conduct background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries.
  • Assist in process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather information and follow up on verification requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with keen eye for discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette preferred.

About This Opportunity

This is a full-time internship opportunity so expect to work for 9 hours including 1 hour of break and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months Based on the business requirement you might have to work on the weekends a leave Comp off or OT overtime allowance would be given for working on the off days.
