Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal agreements and contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents.
  • Conduct research and provide support to senior legal team members on regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of all legal files and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Assist in preparing responses for notices, queries, or legal correspondence.

Requirements:

  • LLB degree with specialization in Corporate Law.
  • 1-2 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, contracts, or compliance.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution.
