Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled software solutions expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.
  • As a software solutions expert, you will create authorized training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users, while maintaining the core learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their training needs, tailor training programs to meet their requirements, and provide pre-training consultations.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions both internally and for clients, ensuring that the authorized content is effectively delivered.
  • Provide customization to authorized training modules as needed to address client-specific use cases and scenarios.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving authorized training materials and delivery methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft services to provide accurate and relevant authorized training content.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to participants during and after authorized training sessions.
  • Guide participants through the preparation process for Microsoft certifications, offering exam-focused training and study strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies, with relevant certifications.
  • Previous experience as a solutions architect, technical trainer, instructor, or educator is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Experience in creating authorized training materials, including presentations, labs, and documentation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of various skill levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
