Highly Skilled Software Development Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced software development engineer who can contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software products.
We are seeking a skilled professional who has experience with developing and maintaining complex software systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming languages such as Rust and Go, and experience working with distributed systems, networking concepts, and operating systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software features and improvements, as well as collaborating with product management and stakeholders to iterate on new features and improve existing ones. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of quality, style, and maintainability in their code, and advocate for these standards through code review.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in product development, leading product companies
- Proficient in Rust and one of Golang/C
- Experience using Git in workplace environment
- Experience in writing unit and integration tests
- Solid understanding of distributed systems
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, TCP, and UDP
- Solid understanding of operating systems, especially Linux
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Relevant experience of 3+ years in storage company
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly communicate about technical problems and propose iterative solutions
- Comfortable working in highly agile software development process
- Positive mindset and self-management
- Effective communication skills and ability to thrive in remote organization
