About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Front Desk Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-desk operations, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and messages.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in queries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, update databases, and track follow-ups.
  • C-coordinate with internal teams regarding client meetings and schedules.
  • Handle client follow-ups and basic queries with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Executive or Customer Service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and record-keeping software, is required.
  • A well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance is expected.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
