Job Title: Sr Analyst II Infrastructure Services

At our organization, we're looking for a skilled and experienced Sr Analyst II to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has a deep understanding of infrastructure services and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center LAN management, with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in L1 network support. They should be able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication skills. Proven ability to learn and upgrade new technologies/technical skills is also essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incident management, ensuring resolution of most incidents and service requests, and providing inputs to the Deep Technical Support team for problem management and resolution of major or elevated incidents. They will also participate in change and release management, implement routine and normal changes, and ensure ITSM compliance for all incidents and service calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incident management, including resolving basic application problems and providing required updates to stakeholders involved in critical incidents like outages.
  • Participate in change and release management, including implementing routine and normal changes.
  • Ensure ITSM compliance for all incidents and service calls.
  • Provide inputs to the Deep Technical Support team for problem management and resolution of major or elevated incidents.
  • Prepare incident reports for all business-critical incidents and unscheduled server downtime.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in data center LAN management with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in L1 network support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proven ability to learn and upgrade new technologies/technical skills.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is desired.
