Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the entire billing lifecycle, from generating invoices to collecting payments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial procedures and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

  • Manage the entire billing cycle, including generating invoices, sending reminders, and following up on payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve billing efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in a relevant field such as accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
  • Strong understanding of financial software and systems, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
