Design Specialist Position

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced graphic design specialist to join our team. This is a completely remote, full-time position where you'll be primarily supporting our GTM team with exceptional design input: both strategic and tactical.

This role requires solid experience in creating marketing and sales collaterals, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and such. You should also have hands-on experience creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.

A strong understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization is necessary for this position. Additionally, experience being deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2B organizations is required.

Critical for success in this role are strong verbal and nonverbal communications skills. You'll need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with — in a remote setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid 5+ years of graphic and web design experience, ideally in the B2B tech product / service space
  • Hands-on experience creating marketing and sales collaterals
  • Experience creating engaging digital assets
  • Strong understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization
  • Experience being deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2B organizations
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communications skills

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI design tools, motion graphics and video editing, front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and an understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem. However, not knowing these skills is not a deal breaker; we know it's unrealistic to expect an all-in-one maestro.
