Role Overview As a Graphic Designer you will collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing designs for both digital and print materials You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects including examples like social media graphics branding packaging website design etc This role requires a creative individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for design Key Responsibilities - Design Creation Develop visually engaging graphics layouts and visual content for digital and print media including but not limited to social media posts email newsletters marketing collateral website elements presentations and more - Brand Consistency Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand s visual identity across all channels ensuring consistency in design - Collaboration Work closely with the marketing content and product teams to create designs that align with the overall brand strategy and messaging - Feedback Revisions Take direction from senior designers or creative directors and apply feedback to iterate on designs - File Management Organize and maintain design files for easy access revisions and archiving Skills Qualifications - Experience At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience either freelance or in-house - Software Proficiency Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop InDesign etc Familiarity with additional tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus - Portfolio A portfolio that showcases your design skills including examples of both digital and print work - Creativity Strong creative thinking with an eye for detail and design aesthetics - Communication Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to non-design team members - Time Management Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Problem-Solving Strong attention to detail with the ability to think critically about design challenges Preferred Qualifications - Experience with web design or UX UI principles - Familiarity with animation tools like After Effects is a bonus - A degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field is preferred but not required ref updazz com
