We are looking for an experienced Bluetooth Host Stack developer to lead our team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with protocols such as HCI, L2CAP, RFCOMM, SDP, GATT, and GAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the architecture, design, and development of Bluetooth Host Stack components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Bluetooth Host Stack components.
  • Work on Bluetooth profiles (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HID, GATT) and optimize host stack integration.
  • Design and implement middleware and protocol layers (HCI, L2CAP, SDP, RFCOMM, etc.).
  • Interface with firmware, application, and hardware teams for seamless Bluetooth functionality.
  • Perform code reviews, lead debugging efforts, and resolve interoperability issues with mobile/automotive devices.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with QA for Bluetooth certification and conformance testing.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Bluetooth Host Stack development.
  • Proficient in C/C++, multi-threaded programming, and Linux-based environments.
  • In-depth understanding of Bluetooth protocols: HCI, L2CAP, SDP, GATT, RFCOMM, ATT, GAP.
  • Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Profile integration (e.g., A2DP, HFP, GATT).
  • Experience with Bluetooth qualification/certification tools like PTS, Ellisys, or BITE.
  • Strong debugging skills with tools like GDB, Wireshark, HCI Snoop logs.
