Partner Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Partner Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with partners, drive their onboarding process, and ensure successful integration into our systems and programs.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for signed partners, guiding them through certification and setup.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales and marketing plans, identify early adopters, and facilitate access to our Partner Portal.
  • Communicate with partners about remaining certification requirements and provide support in addressing these items.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of our APIs to answer technical questions from partners building certified integrations.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to provide partners with necessary resources for success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Project management: Experienced in handling projects and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, with focus on tracking and achieving launch project goals for each partner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, or partner onboarding role.
  • Collaborative work style, managing multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), project management software, and data tracking systems.
  • Experience in SaaS environment preferred.
