Job Title: Cloud Technology Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Technology Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems that meet the needs of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in cloud technology, including 3+ years of experience with AWS services
  • Excellent proficiency in core Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for data streaming
  • Proficient with SQL, preferably with working knowledge of database technologies like Aurora PostgreSQL or Snowflake
  • Good knowledge of Python programming
  • Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools like Jenkins
  • Unit and integration test automation using Junit, pytest, Mockito, etc.
  • Experience with asynchronous workers and resilient messaging services
  • An understanding of microservice architecture and twelve-factor app patterns
  • Ability to build reliable software that can withstand unreliable environments
