Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced technical operations manager to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Manage the overall IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and operating systems.
    • Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
  • Application Management
    • Manage the lifecycle of applications, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
    • Ensure the availability and performance of applications, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Network Management
    • Manage the local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks (WLANs).
    • Ensure the security and integrity of the networks, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning
    • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of an outage or disaster.
    • Conduct regular testing and evaluation of disaster recovery plans to ensure their effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on technical operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
