Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead large-scale capital expenditure projects for bioenergy and circular economy initiatives.
  • This individual will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, and construction phases, as well as vendor selection.
  • The successful candidate will drive cost optimization and risk mitigation through effective budgeting and financial control.
  • In collaboration with technology licensors, consultants, and stakeholders, they will align on timelines, quality, and deliverables.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this manager will lead cross-functional teams and manage project review meetings.
  • They will ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory frameworks.
  • This role requires fostering a culture of continuous improvement to optimize EPC processes and project outcomes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 25 years of experience in executing large, multi-disciplinary capital expenditure projects is required.
  • Strong exposure to bioenergy, infrastructure, oil & gas, or renewable energy sectors is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technology licensing, front-end engineering design, procurement, construction & commissioning is necessary.
  • Strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities are crucial.
  • The ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards is mandatory.
