We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring timely and quality delivery of product increments across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration among Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Developers, and QA teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain and track product backlogs, sprint progress, burndown charts, and development velocity to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, and work to remove blockers to promote Agile best practices.
  • Liaise with leadership and stakeholders to map out product roadmaps and align sprint goals.
  • Help refine and manage Release Plans and development lifecycle documentation.

Requirements:

  • 7–9 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with at least 3+ years as an Agile Coach.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, SAFe or (preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple scrum teams simultaneously, ideally across mobile and web platforms.
  • Familiarity with Flutter (for mobile apps), ReactJS (for web apps), Node.js (backend), Selenium (QA automation).
  • Proficient in Agile tracking tools like Zoho Sprints.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to map and manage software development life cycles (SDLC) for SaaS products.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed agile teams.
  • Knowledge of OKRs/KPIs to track team effectiveness and delivery quality.
