Job Description:

As a seasoned Facebook Ads Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the optimization and execution of our paid media campaigns.

This involves developing, executing, and scaling high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that yield maximum returns on investment (ROI).

  • Develop and Optimize Campaigns: Design and execute data-driven Facebook ad campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Manage Large Budgets: Oversee large budgets with precision, ensuring accountability and optimal ROI.
  • A/B Testing and Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to deliver winning campaign strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience managing $50K+ monthly Facebook ad budgets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Meta Ads Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
