Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor consultants and analysts, promoting collaboration and learning while contributing to recruitment and capability-building within the team.
  • Identify potential opportunities with existing and prospective clients, representing the firm at relevant forums, panels, and industry events.
  • Engage with policymakers, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders to support client objectives, contributing to thought leadership through publications and presentations.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in a related field is preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a dynamic environment, with 5+ years of experience in public policy consulting, government, or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in client management and delivery of complex policy projects is essential for this role.
