Job Opportunity:
Our customer engagement specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce, explain, and promote products or services. Our team is seeking an individual who can effectively interact with customers, resolve queries, and provide information to existing or prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to introduce, explain, and promote products or services
• Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide solutions as needed
• Collect and update customer information and feedback in our systems
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales deals
• Handle complaints, address issues, and provide solutions as required
The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet daily, weekly, monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
