Product Visionary

Deliver transformational initiatives in credit analysis, insurance, and risk & compliance domains.

Translate business needs into customer-centric digital solutions. Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional Agile teams to define vision, manage product backlogs, and drive delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Act as domain expert (Credit, Insurance, or Risk & Compliance).
  • Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog using Agile best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.

Credit Analysis

  • Expertise in credit assessment processes and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of RWA calculator (RWA, RoRWA, EL calculation).
  • Experience in credit transformation initiatives.

Insurance (Life, Health, General)

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, claims, actuarial, compliance.
  • Experience in digital insurance product development.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Risk & Compliance

  • Experience in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage project/product delivery with regulatory considerations.
  • Hands-on in backlog refinement and product tracking for risk-focused initiatives.
