Furnishing Industry Executive Leader

We are seeking an experienced Furnishing Industry Executive Leader to join our team.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the selling approach as the CEO of the Home Furnishing Business Area (HFB).
You will drive the long-term growth of the business through the development of the commercial offer, sales techniques, and activities across all channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business management, and marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in working with commercial planning, sales, or similar.
The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop store coworkers throughout the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Formal qualifications in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in working with commercial planning, sales or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading and influencing co-workers
- Experience from retail, preferably home furnishing sector
- Broad knowledge of operational plans and goals, as well as follow-up on KPIs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
