Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design cutting-edge water purification systems that meet performance targets and comply with local regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate field learnings and optimize system performance
  • Oversee procurement, supplier engagement, and assembly partner coordination to ensure high-quality execution and cost control
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems to operations teams or clients
  • Drive operational excellence through SOP development and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory frameworks, certification standards, and relevant technological advancements in the industry
  • Support customer engagements by translating technical features into operational benefits

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering, designing, and delivering water or process systems at scale
  • Strong background in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes
  • Experience in managing technical suppliers, fabrication partners, and field installation teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent project planning, documentation, and execution skills
  • Fluent in English (professional level); Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field
