Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our offsite marketing and telesales teams for admissions at Chandigarh University. This role involves regular visits to various CU branch offices, ensuring the teams possess the necessary skills to achieve admission targets.

  • Develop and deliver structured training programs for marketing & telesales teams in admission sales.
  • Create and implement training modules on educational sales, lead conversion, and counseling techniques.
  • Evaluate skill gaps, provide coaching, and enhance overall team performance.
  • Monitor sales activities across different CU offices and align them with admission goals.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales training within education/edtech (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in admission sales & student counseling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team development skills.
  • Willingness to travel between Mohali & Lucknow branches.
