Telecaller Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers and convincing them to support a medical cause.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating relationships with customers and motivating them to donate to a medical cause
- Understanding customer needs and concerns, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintaining accurate records of donations collected and contributing to a collaborative environment
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and supportive work environment
- No. of Openings: 10 available positions
- Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Vocational Course education required, with a focus on developing strong communication and interpersonal skills
