In the realm of digital fundraising, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Fundraising Expert to spearhead our team's efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic Google Ads campaigns aimed at maximizing donations and achieving monthly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive donations and meet fundraising goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to ensure ad alignment with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and crowdfunding strategies.
  • Effectively manage resources to avoid overspending and ensure maximum returns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in the Indian market.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Metrics for Success:

  • Achieving and maintaining a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Consistent growth in donation volumes and donor base.
