Job Description:

This role involves the management of product quality within a Low Voltage Power Distribution framework. The position requires responsibility for ensuring adherence to established standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in inspection and component manufacturing, with hands-on knowledge of measuring instruments and electronic circuit analysis.

A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain quality objectives and targets at the plant level
  2. Plan and coordinate quality activities, including control planning and documentation
  3. Review and suggest changes to drawings, items, and product specifications
  4. Analyze deviations related to yield and failure costs, and support corrective actions
  5. Conduct supplier audits and calibration of instruments

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Result-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused approach with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant international standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
