Job Title: Tech Mahindra Data Center Infrastructure Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Tech Mahindra. As a key member of our data center operations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data center infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement data center infrastructure solutions, including server, storage, and network architecture
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data center infrastructure with other systems and applications
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and reports to ensure transparency and compliance
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data center infrastructure
* Provide training and support to junior team members on data center infrastructure best practices and technologies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in data center infrastructure design, implementation, and management
* In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, including servers, storage, networks, and virtualization platforms
* Strong understanding of data center security, backup, and disaster recovery concepts
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
