Enterprise IT Infrastructure Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Infrastructure Strategist to join our team at Tech Mahindra. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location in Vizag.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Strategist, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of infrastructure solutions.
3. Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base for infrastructure solutions.
4. Identifying and recommending new technologies and solutions to improve infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Technical Skills:
   Good understanding of customer requirements and data center technology to deploy infrastructure.
   Ability to create HLD and LLD architecture diagrams.
   Knowledge of server sizing, block storage, backup or file storage, VM network configuration.
   Experience with hardware servers, block storage, object storage, NFS storage, VMware, Hyper-V platforms.
   Understanding of data center services, including backup/restore tools like HP Data Protector.
   Knowledge of MPLS and ILL corporate networks, next-generation firewalls, and routers.
Non-Technical Skills:
   Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
   Proven track record of client-facing roles (an added advantage).
   Dynamic, proactive, and flexible attitude.
   Strong vendor management skills.
