Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our product and project delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering with 7-15 years of total experience working on delivery, development, and team management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology, frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, and mobile technologies like Android.
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL and NoSQL.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the delivery of product and project commitments for the team, participating in product roadmap discussions, and providing inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions.
  2. Driving efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output, creating designs that improve the flexibility, functionality, and usability of system components, and defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and building a system that meets NFR requirements.
  3. Overseeing project logistics and resource allocation, using tools and techniques to enhance quality of code and design, and reducing code debt.
  4. Collaborating with other team leaders and departments, building and developing required competence in the team, and mentoring team members for possible future roles.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously, and able to pivot strategies as needed.
