Marketing Coordinator Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator role is a vital part of our organization's marketing team, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing activities are cohesive and effective.
  • Manage content updates for company digital platforms, including websites, brochures, and social media channels.
  • Handle email campaigns, online promotions, and event coordination.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and dashboards to track campaign performance.
  • Maintain and update the marketing database, client contacts, and promotional materials.
  • Support market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Liaise with external vendors, printers, media agencies, and suppliers for timely execution of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
  • Strong communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and basic graphic designing tools.
