Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in implementing and configuring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in techno-functional consulting, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement custom configurations for ERP systems to meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
  • Provide training and support to clients on system usage and best practices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing and configuring ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and HR modules
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze complex systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
