Financial Growth Leader

This role will drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with existing merchants for recurring business while adding new merchants for overall company growth.

  • Develop and manage sales distribution channels across assigned territories by identifying suitable channels for distribution.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with current and potential merchants to foster sales.
  • Onboard new Merchants and Branding. Expand Benow, attracting and retaining the right kind of merchants.
  • Train Key Merchants on payment solutions and present products, managing escalations.
  • Monitor competition within assigned territories and share inputs with leadership teams.
  • Ensure brand visibility in assigned territories leveraging collaterals provided by organizations.
  • Work towards strategies for recruitment and people management to drive high performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / MBA with a good academic record.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in relevant spaces.
  • Hands-on experience with merchant acquiring, engagement & payment solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sales/customer service focus.
  • Go-Getter approach, focused and Result-orientation.
  • Good understanding of merchant-facing roles & payment solution ecosystems.
  • Field sales experience with proven track records of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Exposure to start-up environments is an added advantage.
  • Problem-solving abilities with strong biases for impact.
  • Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers.
  • Drive for results, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics.
