We are seeking a Quality Process Lead to oversee the development and implementation of quality frameworks across large-scale AI data workflows.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence, with strong knowledge of process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance quality assurance systems for AI data operations
  • Drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvements
  • Monitor key quality metrics, lead corrective actions, and ensure compliance
  • Partner with leadership to deliver world-class, trustworthy AI operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence (tech, data, or large-scale operations)
  • Strong experience with process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma
  • Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about quality by design
